• Work email address — provided when you request results delivery
• Uploaded lease files — temporarily processed and then deleted
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card details
• Usage data — anonymized analytics through PostHog (page views, feature usage)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Process and deliver lease abstractions via email
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send transactional emails related to your orders
• Improve our service through anonymized usage analytics

3. File Processing and Storage

Uploaded lease files are processed in memory on secure servers. Extracted data is compiled into Excel format and delivered via email. Source files are not permanently stored and are automatically deleted within 30 days. We do not use your documents for AI model training or any purpose other than delivering your requested extraction.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant). Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• PostHog — Anonymized usage analytics. No personal data is shared.
• Cloudflare — CDN and security services. Standard data processing applies.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.
• OpenRouter — AI model routing for lease extraction. Document content is sent for processing only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above as necessary to deliver our service.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.

• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request data portability
