Roadmap

A Model Context Protocol server that lets Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and any MCP-compatible AI app call LeaseParse extraction as a tool. Drop a lease into Claude, get a structured abstract back in the same conversation.

Steps

  1. 1.Install the LeaseParse MCP server (npm or one-click)
  2. 2.Configure in Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Cursor
  3. 3.Claude will use the extract_lease tool whenever you provide a lease file in chat

Best for: CRE analysts and engineers who work primarily inside Claude. Lets you stay in one window — analyze leases without manually switching to a web upload.
